The Ekmek bread, originating from Turkey, is increasingly favored by Maison Kayser for its soft texture due to the addition of olive oil and honey in the preparation.

The intense and spicy taste of the Tonka bean complements wonderfully with the dark chocolate and hazelnuts that fill our bread. Indeed, this black and wrinkled seed from Latin America produces enchanting aromas reminiscent of vanilla, almond, or caramel.
