The first is our vegetarian sandwich, made with seasonal cornbread and filled with Asian-style vegetarian shredded meat, rocket leaves for a touch of crunch, grated carrots for freshness, and cucumber for a light note. This combination subtly recalls the famous bánh mì sandwich, offering a unique taste experience.
The second creation is a vegan wrap with a wheat tortilla, mixed greens, a lemon and cumin chickpea cream, red onion, tomatoes, chickpea falafels, grated carrots, and cucumber. This blend of flavours creates a beautiful balance in the mouth for vegan cuisine enthusiasts.
