With ground almonds for texture and pistachios for delicate flavour, our gluten-free cakes lack none of the enjoyment factor! Our gluten-free cakes are made with certified organic gluten-free flour using expertise honed by Maison Kayser since 1996. We use certified gluten-free ingredients in a secure area cleaned in accordance with the hygiene rules needed for gluten-intolerant customers.
Storage method
After removing the cake from its double wrapping, we recommend that you wrap it in a cloth and store it at room temperature in a dry place until the use-by date indicated on the label.
