In July and August, Maison Kayser’s bakers offer you a bread full of summery flavours: the basil and sesame seeds bread.
Liked by a lot of people, the basil is an herb known for its freshness, its strong flavour and a slight bitterness. Here, it is paired with the crunchy of the sesame seeds, roasted by our own bakers in order to enhance their taste.
We have, also, added olive oil to the dough to get an even moisty and tasty crumb.
Our summer bread will paired perfectly with your lunch, followed by one of our own pastry.
