
The role: Preparing and baking cakes and pastries
Your tasks:
- Selecting and measuring out the ingredients for making your products
- Mixing products/ingredients
- Baking cakes and pastries
- Assembling and decorating cakes and pastries
- Respecting in-house procedures and production times for each product type
- Respecting health and safety regulations
- Managing stock
- Helping to clean the production area
Skills needed:

- CAP level pastry chef qualification (certificate of aptitude)
- Adaptability, especially in regard to new production techniques
