The role: Preparing and baking cakes and pastries

Your tasks:     

  • Selecting and measuring out the ingredients for making your products
  • Mixing products/ingredients
  • Baking cakes and pastries
  • Assembling and decorating cakes and pastries
  • Respecting in-house procedures and production times for each product type
  • Respecting health and safety regulations
  • Managing stock
  • Helping to clean the production area

  • CAP level pastry chef qualification (certificate of aptitude)
