Ingredients: plain financier batter (sugar, EGG white, ALMOND fround, WHEAT flour, inverted sugar syrup, vanilla flavouring, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, WHEAT starch), chocolate ganache (CREAM, dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), inverted sugar syrup), sugar 55%, cocoa butter 3%, whole MILK powder 2%, DAIRY fat 1,5%, natural vanilla flavouring).
