Italy meets Switzerland in our sandwich of the month for July and August 2018. Made with our sun-dried tomato and summer chilli ciabatta , it features all the great flavours of this transalpine region. Air-dried Grisons beef is high in nutrients and a popular Swiss dish for special occasions. The vivid yellow colour of the refreshing pineapple tomato is reminiscent of the sun, illuminating southern Europe with its warm rays every summer. While the white of the mozzarella, green of the celery leaves and red of the pepper pesto conjure up the tastes and colours of Italy.
