Turkey is the main Thanksgiving dish in the United States. This feast, originally created to thank the Native Americans for offering food to the first British colonists, is now synonymous with family reunions and a hearty meal. Our November sandwich of the month is made with our fig, pumpkin seed and fennel bread, which evokes the taste of autumn. It is filled with turkey, finely chopped fresh fennel and baby spinach on a bed of cr?me fra?che.
