Rich in beta-carotene, iron, vitamin B12, vitamin E (antioxidant), protein, minerals and oligo-elements, this super food is even more effective when paired with the essential fatty acids of the olive oil in the ciabatta. And to tempt your taste buds even further, we’ve filled it with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes and baby spinach on a bed of authentic chick pea hummus.
