ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME
1.1 TALEK, a simplified joint stock company with capital of € 975,000, registered in the PARIS Trade and Companies Register under number 415 308 568, having its registered office at 88, boulevard Saint-Michel 75006 PARIS (hereinafter referred to the “Organizing Company”) is organizing from 21/03/2021 to 21/04/2021, a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled “Kayser French Bread Day” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).
The Game will be announced and will take place exclusively on the Internet at the following addresses:
1.2 The Game and its promotion are neither managed or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. The Organizing Company therefore releases Instagram, Facebook and TikTok from all responsibility concerning the Game and all elements related to it, its organization, and its promotion.
1.3 The “Maison Kayser” brand, the information on the Facebook page, the Instagram page and the website of the Organizing Company belong to the Organizing Company and are protected by the laws in force on intellectual property. Any reproduction and / or representation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited and would constitute an infringement.
1.4 The Organizing Company reserves the right to use photos and videos of the game on its Instagram and Facebook networks.
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Game is open to any adult, natural person and having an account on Instagram (see registration conditions on www.instagram.com) on Facebook (see registration conditions on www.facebook.com) or on TikTok (see registration conditions on www.tiktok.com), excluding members of the staff of the Organizing Company and those of the managing company as well as members of their families.
ARTICLE 3 - REWARD
5 bakery lessons with Eric Kayser by video-conference or face-to-face depending on the geolocation of the winners and 5 bakery books from Larousse du Pain. These prizes will be awarded to 5 different people.
The winner may not claim to obtain the cash equivalent of the prize won or request its exchange for other goods or services.
The prize is not salable and may not be allocated or transferred to one or more third parties.
ARTICLE 4 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME
4.1 To participate in the game, each candidate must:

Post a photo or video publication with a Maison Kayser baguette, mentioning in its description “#KayserFrenchBreadDay” as well as the Instagram page @maisonkayser.

Like the post announcing the game on the Organizing Company's Facebook or Instagram account.
Post a photo or video publication with a Maison Kayser baguette, mentioning in its description “#KayserFrenchBreadDay” as well as the @maisonkayser Facebook page.
If he's playing on TikTok:
Like the post announcing the game on the Organizing Company's Facebook or Instagram account.

Participants may wish to invite friends to participate in the Game.
4.2 The same candidate cannot try his luck several times on the three social networks (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok).
Any participation which would be fraudulent, would constitute theft of identity, would be contrary to public order and / or morality and / or not in accordance with these regulations and / or containing inaccurate information cannot be considered. Any participant thus disqualified will not be able to claim any prize. The Organizing Company then reserves the right to put back the prize.
4.3 The moderator will check that the publications posted by the participants respect these regulations, comply with public order and good morals, do not infringe the rights of third parties (privacy, intellectual property rights such as right of 'author, trademark law, image rights, etc.), comply with the regulations and legislation in force and do not harm the image of the Organizing Company or the brand
Any entry that has been the subject of a total or partial rejection by the moderator will be presumed made in violation of the provisions of these regulations and will therefore be canceled.
ARTICLE 5 - DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER - PROCEDURES FOR RECOVERING THE PRIZE
5.1 The 5 winning publications will be chosen by the Organizing Company from among the candidates on April 21 at 11 a.m.
The winning publications will be published on the Organizing Company's Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. The winners will receive a notification on the account concerned informing him / her that he / she has been identified on a publication of the Organizing Company.
5.2 The winners must, in order to benefit from their endowment, contact, by private message, the Organizing Company to organize the baking course by videoconference or face-to-face depending on the availability of Mr. Eric Kayser. As part of a videoconference course, the winners must provide their address for sending the book.
Any winner who has not claimed their prize within 1 month of the end of the Contest (i.e. May 21, 2021) will be deemed to have waived it. This endowment may freely put back into the game by the Organizing Company, without the responsibility.
The organizing company is not responsible for loss, theft and damage caused by the delivery company.
ARTICLE 6 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES AND ACCESS TO THE RULES
Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
Any fraud, attempted fraud or non-compliance with these regulations will result in the immediate and automatic disqualification of its author, the Organizing Company reserving the right, if necessary, to initiate legal proceedings against it.
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF THE GAME
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend or modify partially or totally the Game in the event of force majeure or in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
Any modification of the regulations will be the subject of an amendment and information to the participants.
ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
In the event of a dispute or complaint relating to the interpretation of these rules, for any reason whatsoever, the requests must be sent within a maximum period of four (4) months after the end of the Game to the following address: TALEK, 88, boulevard Saint-Michel 75006 PARIS
ARTICLE 9 - RESPONSIBILITY RELATED TO THE USE OF THE INTERNET NETWORK
The Game will normally be accessible 24 hours a day on the Facebook and Instagram sites. The Organizing Company will do everything in its power to allow access to the Game, however, it cannot be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network beyond its control.
It is expressly recalled that the Internet is not a secure network. Participation in the Game therefore implies knowledge and acceptance by participants of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, in particular with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of 'interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission over the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
The Organizing Company cannot therefore be held responsible for the difficulties encountered by the participants in this respect and in particular for the contamination by possible viruses or the intrusion of a third party in the terminal system of the participants in the Game.
It is also the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and / or software stored on their computer equipment against any attack.
ARTICLE 10 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected, namely: names, surnames, Instagram or Facebook pseudonymous accounts, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses of the winners are necessary for the organization of the Game and for the allocation of the prize to the winner. They are intended exclusively for the Organizing Company within the Game and will not be used for other purposes, or transferred to third parties, either free of charge or for a fee. They will not come out of the European Union. They will be kept for the duration of the Game and until delivery of the prize, unless a request for deletion is sent before the end of this period under the conditions defined at the end of this article.
Participants should also help protect their personal data by keeping their usernames and passwords confidential to prevent any risk of unauthorized access to their accounts and personal data.

ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW
This Game and these rules are subject to French law.
