The role: Managing and coordinating baking staff as part of the company’s breadmaking operations.

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring ingredients are properly managed
  • Monitoring deliveries, incoming orders and stock
  • Managing and coordinating a team of bakers and apprentice bakers
  • Following the recipe cards and making sure others follow them
  • Helping to prepare, finish off and bake the bread
  • Planning work schedules and managing restocking
  • Respecting health and safety regulations and making sure others respect them
  • Ensuring equipment is properly maintained
