
The role: Managing and coordinating baking staff as part of the company’s breadmaking operations.
Your tasks:
- Ensuring ingredients are properly managed
- Monitoring deliveries, incoming orders and stock
- Managing and coordinating a team of bakers and apprentice bakers
- Following the recipe cards and making sure others follow them
- Helping to prepare, finish off and bake the bread
- Planning work schedules and managing restocking
- Respecting health and safety regulations and making sure others respect them
- Ensuring equipment is properly maintained
Skills needed:

- At least 4 years of similar experience
- CAP level baker qualification (certificate of aptitude)
