The role: Managing and coordinating catering staff as part of the company’s catering operations.
Your tasks:
- Making ready-cooked dishes
- Helping to prepare and supervising the daily production of sandwiches and salads
- Placing orders
- Monitoring deliveries, incoming orders and stock
- Managing and coordinating a team of sandwich makers and caterers
- Following the recipe cards and making sure others follow them
- Planning work schedules and managing restocking
- Respecting health and safety regulations and making sure others respect them
Skills needed:
- Creativity

- Hygiene awareness
- At least 4 years of similar experience
- CAP level chef/butcher/caterer qualification (certificate of aptitude)
- Sense of responsibility
