CATERING CHEF

The role: Managing and coordinating catering staff as part of the company’s catering operations.

Your tasks:

  • Making ready-cooked dishes
  • Helping to prepare and supervising the daily production of sandwiches and salads
  • Placing orders
  • Monitoring deliveries, incoming orders and stock
  • Managing and coordinating a team of sandwich makers and caterers
  • Following the recipe cards and making sure others follow them
  • Planning work schedules and managing restocking
  • Respecting health and safety regulations and making sure others respect them

 

Skills needed:

  • Creativity
  • Organisational and management skills
  • Hygiene awareness
  • At least 4 years of similar experience
  • CAP level chef/butcher/caterer qualification (certificate of aptitude)
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Leadership skills
