
The role: Preparing and making different types of bread.
Your tasks:
- Selecting and measuring out ingredients for making bread
- Proficiency in all stages of breadmaking (preparing the levain, kneading, fermentation, shaping, baking, etc.)
- Respecting in-house procedures and production times for each product type
- Respecting health and safety regulations
- Managing stock
- Helping to clean the production area (bakery)

- CAP level baker qualification (certificate of aptitude)
