The role: Preparing and making different types of bread.

Your tasks:

  • Selecting and measuring out ingredients for making bread
  • Proficiency in all stages of breadmaking (preparing the levain, kneading, fermentation, shaping, baking, etc.)
  • Respecting in-house procedures and production times for each product type
  • Respecting health and safety regulations
  • Managing stock
  • Helping to clean the production area (bakery)
