Once again, fall for our Ekmek bread filled with hazelnuts, dark chocolate and Tonka beans. It is daily baked by our bakers in April for Easter celebrations.
The Ekmek, originally from Turkey, is, each year, chosen by Maison Kayser for its soft aspect, due to the combination of the olive oil and the honey in its recipe.
In this bread, the intense and spicy taste of the Tonka beans pairs perfectly with the dark chocolate and the hazelnuts. Indeed, this black bean from Latin America recalls enchanting flavours such as vanilla, almond or caramel’s essence.
