Our gluten-free multigrain loaf is decorated with delicious seeds you'll be tempted to pick off and eat! Our gluten-free breads are made with certified organic gluten-free flour and liquid levain, expertly crafted by Maison Kayser since 1996. We use certified gluten-free ingredients in a secure area cleaned in accordance with the hygiene rules needed for gluten-intolerant customers. To make the crust nice and crunchy, bake for a few minutes in the oven at 180°C before serving.
Remove the bread from its double wrapping, wrap in a cloth and store at room temperature in a dry place. Our bread can be frozen.
