Our gluten-free buckwheat bread is designed for anyone who loves a more intense flavour. It goes perfectly with any meal. Our gluten-free breads are made with certified organic gluten-free flour and liquid levain, expertly crafted by Maison Kayser since 1996. We use certified gluten-free ingredients in a secure area cleaned in accordance with the hygiene rules needed for gluten-intolerant customers. To make the crust nice and crunchy, bake for a few minutes in the oven at 180°C before serving.
Sortir le pain de son double-emballage et le conserver de préférence dans un torchon, à température ambiante et au sec. Nos pains peuvent être congelés.
