Our gluten-free Gonesse bread is made from rice flour, buckwheat flour and flax seeds. It's the simplest and most popular of our gluten-free breads. Our gluten-free breads are made with certified organic gluten-free flour and liquid levain, expertly crafted by Maison Kayser since 1996. We use certified gluten-free ingredients in a secure area cleaned in accordance with the hygiene rules needed for gluten-intolerant customers. To make the crust nice and crunchy, bake for a few minutes in the oven at 180°C before serving.
