Experience the magic of home-made bread using our liquid levain, expertly crafted by Maison Éric Kayser since 1996. For 1kg of flour you will need 200g of liquid levain. The remaining 100g can be kept for future use. Consult the Larousse Book of Bread for recipe ideas and tips on how to store your liquid levain.

Storage method
We recommend that you transfer the levain into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator. Preferably use within 3 days.
